The party will be at an open air shelter with sufficient ventilation, but a roof in case of rain. It has two fireplaces we hope to use if the night gets chilly. We will have catered food with vegetarian, gluten, and dairy free options.

If you are unsure if you can come or not feel free to select "decline", but contact us that you may be interested regardless. We can have up to a 100 people, so we aren't worried about numbers, its just nice to get a vague idea. We will spend Saturday night at the group campground and invite you to join us! We are asking for now that you plan to bring your own breakfast items such as granola bars or fruit, but depending on numbers we may make a big breakfast for everyone. We promise there will be plenty of supplies to make coffee! We have extra camping supplies like tents if you have a need. Also feel free to get your own spot, but the campground will probably fill up fast so reserve your spot ahead of time, or grab a spot for Friday night at https://www.reserveamerica.com/explore/john-bryan-state-park/SLST/750494/overview. If you want to camp Friday night let me know, if there are more than 6 people I’ll reserve the group site again!

Group Hike

For anyone local, traveling and not leaving quite yet we will be leading a hike to our favorite spots in Glen Helen. This is not part of the formal celebrations, but just a fun chance to catch up and explore! Meet in the parking lot closest to the main gate of John Bryan State Park
