Yoga: Embody Yoga Class July 31, 11:00 am–12:00 pm Free to the Public Roll out your yoga mat on the Museum’s east lawn for a free outdoor yoga class guided by Embody Yoga. Participants across all levels of yoga experience are welcome. We recommend arriving ten minutes early to settle into the space—physically and mentally—before class begins. We also encourage you to bring your personal yoga mat, water bottle, or other items that enhance your practice. Lakeside at MAM is your place to hang all summer. See live performances, join in movement activities, and create art as a family with Kohl’s Art Studio—all for free! *Weather permitting
