Transportation will be provided on a 33-passenger mini coach bus. This transportation option is open to anyone regardless of where you are staying. All pick-ups and drop-offs will be at the Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee North / Glendale from our hotel block. The first pick-up to the wedding venue will be at 3:00 pm. The second and final pick-up will be at 3:45 pm. End of night transportation will run continuously from 9:30 pm - 12:15 am.
The Welcome Party on Saturday, July 30 and the Farewell Brunch on Monday, August 2 is open to all guests. If you are part of the wedding party, you will receive a separate invitation regarding other events surrounding the weekend.
Safety protocols for our ceremony and reception will comply with the State of Wisconsin and Ozaukee County. We are prepared to rescind invitations, limit the number of guests attending the reception, or cancel the reception altogether, if needed. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place within an indoor banquet space with a capacity of 500 people. Given our estimated guest list, we will be at 30% capacity. Round tables seating 10 people each will be spaced throughout the venue. Mask wearing for unvaccinated guests when not actively eating and drinking will be strongly encouraged. Dinner, drinks, and dessert will be served by licensed caterers well versed in COVID-19 food safety protocol. Proper sanitation measures will be in place to ensure the safety of our guests.
