We're getting married!

We met online on Match.com. It was the first time either of us had tried online dating; we were both nervous. We had texted each other before meeting in person and were looking forward to our first date. Our first date was at a carnival and then to the movies and we have enjoyed dating each other ever since. We officially started dating on a trip to Hana on May 15, 2016 at the 7 Sacred Pools. Arnold surprised me with flowers and a card asking me to be his girlfriend which I excitedly agreed to.

Arnold asked me to marry him on his birthday after having a wonderful chef made dinner celebrating his birthday. My family was all there to witness and celebrate with us. Arnold involved my family in the proposal by speaking to my father the night before about his intentions and then having my dad present him with the ring and he also had my brother in law record the proposal. I could tell Arnold was very nervous as he told me how he felt about me and our relationship and I of course said YES!
