You can use the link below for discounts on downtown hotels in KC. This defaults to 4/18-4/20. If you are planning to come in a little earlier/stay later, you can still get the discounts by adjusting the dates in the search. Most of these are within a mile from the venue! If you are staying downtown, city/metro bus 101, 9, or 11 can drop you off very close to the venue! If you have other methods of receiving discounts on lodging and/or would rather stay somewhere else instead of downtown, go for it! These are a little pricey for KC and there will be parking at the venue.

KC has just built a brand new airport, airport code MCI. Sadly, it isn't the closest to the city. Bus 229 is an hour bus ride that can take you to and from the airport. The quality and reliability of this bus is very unknown. Ride-shares are likely your best bet.
