Once you have booked your flight or lodging, please fill out this form to help us organize travel. We will use this form to help coordinate transportation shuttles from the airport to Manuel Antonio with fellow wedding guests. (you can always go back in and edit your response if anything changes)

Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO)

Flying into SJO is not too difficult from parts of the USA. There are a several flights only at specific times that arrive in SJO. Airlines direct to SJO: (this is a starter guide, please do your own searching & see what routes/prices you are comfortable with) • American: MIA, CLT, DFW • Alaska: LAX • Avianca: LAX • Delta: LAX, ATL • Southwest: DEN • United: SFO, LAX, ORD, DEN, HOU, EWR When booking your flight please consider the following & keep in mind, that it takes about 3hrs to get to SJO from Tulemar. Arrival into SJO Saturday, July 19, 2025 or Sunday, July 20, 2025. Departure from SJO Saturday, July 26, 2025, or Sunday, July 27th, 2025.

Manuel Antonio is located 2.5hrs from San Jose. Once you have landed in San Jose, you can either take a beautiful scenic 2.5 hr ride in a private shuttle with fellow wedding guests or a 25-minute puddle jumper flight to Quepos airport in Manuel Antonio. We will help arrange private shuttles for wedding guests to bring you to and from the airport based on your arrival/departure times to SJO. If you would like to get right to the partying and opt for the 20-minute flight, check providers below for in-country flights www.flysansa.com or https://costaricagreenair.com/en/ (Range from $150-$250 RT). These flight times are limited, so be aware of your departure/arrival times at SJO. Rated Trip Advisors best hotel in 2022. Tulemar is truly an amazing place. Filled with wildlife (sloths, monkeys & more) right outside your door, 3 pools, 24/7 concierge, free beach toys (boogie boards, kayaks, noodles, lifejackets &. towels), a restaurant & bar, golf carts for transportation & a "private" beach. We took a reconnaissance vacation and stayed here to make sure to do our due diligence. We loved it and so will you!! Other places did not even come close. Wide range of housing accommodations for everyone's budget. Ranging form bungalows that can sleep up to 4, to private villas that can sleep up to 12. **IMPORTANT #1 ** since Tulemar does not own all of their properties, there is NO REFUND option. You are able to change your reservation to a later date, BUT THERE IS NOT REFUND OPTION. For this reason, travel insurance is a great insurance option. **IMPORTANT #2 ** it is a private, secure gated community. Outside guests are not able to access any of Tulemar amenities. WE HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest our guests stay at Tulemar so you can partake in all the activities.

Optional Airport Hotel : Hampton by Hilton San Jose Airport

The drive to Manuel Antonio is about 3 hours south of San Jose airport. If your flight gets in kinda late, we suggest staying here the 1st night, then travel to Manuel Antonio in the morning. Also an option to stay here the night before you fly home if your departure is an early one. They offer free airport shuttle and we stayed here last time we had an early flight.
