Once you have submitted your travel details, shared shuttles will be coordinated by our planner to shuttle arriving fellow wedding guests from SJO airport to Manuel Antonio. There will be multiple time slots/groups she is coordinating.

Welcome Event ~ Catamaran Cruise

White Sails & Cheers (All White Attire / White Swimsuit Cover-ups)
In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we welcome our guests to cruise around the coast to get the party started! We'll grab shuttles to Quepos, where we will board a catamaran for the day. Fresh fruit, refreshments, snacks, snorkeling, & swimming *pack swimsuits & sunscreen* This is our gift to you (thanks to our moms & dads of course)! Please let us know if you will be joining us!

Transportation Pickup
2:30 pm
Transportation picks up guests for ceremony. Pick up times will be coordinated based on your lodging submitted on "travel & accommodations" google form.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Upscale Island Attire - look good but dress for heat. For the ladies ~ soft neutral colors in greens, blues, champagnes, tans and soft pastels. For the men ~ Linen pants or shorts, short-sleeved button downs. We will be barefoot at the beach, but you will want shoes for afterwards.
Wedding ceremony will be held on a beach in Manuel Antonio. Reception to follow at Ronny's Place. Shuttles will be provided to both locations.
Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 5:15 pm
There will be a few light bites and cocktails following the ceremony on the beach. Shuttles will be leaving promptly at 5:20PM to shuttle guests to reception at Ronny's.
Reception / After Party

We will have shuttles to Ronny's Place from our wedding location. We will have our reception dinner and dancing at Ronny's Place til midnight. It will be covered but is also an open air restaurant.
