COVID Vaccination Requirements
Vaccinations are required to attend our celebration. Please send us proof of your vaccination to alexander.d.fidel@gmail.com before your arrival. If you do not plan to be vaccinated prior to March 26, 2022, we respectfully ask that you decline. We also require that you test yourself before arrival, but not send us results. Note, there is no readily available testing in Tubac. If you have at home tests you can bring with you, do so. If not, a negative test result (rapid or PCR) ~24 hours before you fly is sufficient. Again, no need to email us test results. Should you plan to use the shuttles to and from the venue on Saturday, you must wear a mask in the vehicle. For evaluating your own safety, details follow. We are expecting between 150 and 200 guests. Friday night's drinks will have an indoor as well as an outdoor bar area. Saturday's events will all take place outdoors. In case of wet weather, the event will take place in a tent.

The discounted rooms we were allotted are nearing full, and if they've filled, some un-discounted rooms also remain. We'd encourage you to stay there and book your room ASAP. Flying In
Two airports will deliver you to Amado: Tucson International (TUS) and Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). There are lots of flights to PHX daily; Tucson is a bit more limited. TUS is a 30 minute drive away from the venue. PHX is just over 2 hours.

We will run shuttles from the Tubac Golf Resort to Agua Linda Farm on Saturday the 26th. They will take off at 3:15 PM. Reminder that it will be difficult, nigh impossible to get an Uber (at all) or taxi (unless the taxi is booked in advance) to the venue. There will be no other pickup locations. You MUST be masked on the bus. For drop off, busses will start taking people home at 9pm. Let the driver know if you are not staying at TGR. They will detour to drop you off. Last bus leaves the venue at 2am

Rental Car
Driving a Rental Car
If you drive to the venue the day of the celebration, there will be parking for you. You may even leave your vehicle at the Agua Linda Farm overnight! Please be extremely cautious with your alcohol intake if driving in this area. A US border checkpoint sits between Agua Linda and Tubac. To be clear, no US citizen needs to present their passport, but they may ask for a driver's license. Guests from abroad should carry their papers with them.
