Travel Note
If you’re traveling with a U.S., Canadian, or Australian passport, you’ll need a visa to enter Brazil starting April 10, 2025. It’s a simple e-visa you can apply for online, but it’s really important to do this early. Processing can take 5 to 10 business days, and sometimes longer. Daniela’s mom tried to do hers the week before a trip once, and it turned into a headache. So please don’t leave it to the last minute. The visa costs around $80 USD and is valid for multiple trips. Once approved, you can stay in Brazil for up to 90 days. Put this at the top of your to-do list so it’s out of the way early. If you need help with the process, let us know.
