Venue & Schedule

Day 1 - Welcome!

2:00 pm

2pm: Check In Upon arrival, please check in with the host to get your room assignments. Take your time to unpack, nap, explore the grounds, or get your cava on! 2-4pm: Welcome Lunch & Cava 7-11pm: Tapas Night! Theme: White Party! You wear white and we wear...you’ll see! White/off white/cream etc are all acceptable. Women - dresses, skirts, pants/trousers. Men - khaki pants are allowed as we won’t force you to go out and buy white pants a la Backstreet Boys’ Millennium Album.

Day 2 - Wedding

3:30 pm

8-10am: Breakfast 12-2pm: Lunch 3:30: Wedding Begins Please join us for our ceremony followed by a cocktail/cava hour, dinner service, and then more drinks and dancing! We’ll end up in our private club (yes, club) which is ours until whatever hour we see fit! Attire: To keep it simple, black tie optional. But we’re in the Mediterranean! Live a little! Think festive garden party meets formal wear! Check out Gran Villa Rosa’s instagram for inspiration. Women - Dresses knee length or below. Pops of color are encouraged! High slits, low backs, feathers, sequins - whatever. Have fun with it! Men - Suits (tuxes not required but if you own one and want to rock it, we love that for you).

Day 3 - BBQ Pool Party

2:00 pm

9-11am: Breakfast 12pm: Bar Opens 2pm: BBQ Pool Party Join us for a day long pool party! Let’s nurse our hangovers in the pool, maybe sip on some hair of the dog, or nosh on some food. There will be a DJ, open bar, and BBQ dinner available. Attire: You’re lounging by the pool, show as much or as little booty cheeckage as desired (la vida loca, baby!). 7-11pm: Paella Dinner Attire: No rules tonight, but we recommend something flowy and Mediterranean.

Day 4 - Adiós Amigos

11:00 am

8-10: Breakfast 11am: Check Out Whether your next stop is back home to your little ones or your European journey continues elsewhere, we’re sorry to see you go but are beyond grateful that you joined us!
