Bus Travel (Welcome Party)
5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
We will provide bus transportation between Lajitas Golf Resort, Big Bend Station, and all wedding events. Welcome Party: Bus will pick up at Lajitas at 5:30pm & Big Bend Station at 6:00pm. Return bus will leave DBs at 9:00pm
Welcome Party

Attire: Boots & Blazers
Join us for a BBQ dinner at one of our favorite places in Terlingua. It will be a relaxed evening to kick off the wedding weekend! Our dress code is Boots & Blazers. Women: Short or casual long dresses. Men: Khaki pants or jeans with a blazer. All: Boots, cowboy hats, bolo ties, etc. are welcome and encouraged. Evenings in Terlingua can get chilly, so don’t forget to bring a jacket.

Bus Travel (Wedding and Reception)
4:45 pm - 11:45 pm
We will provide bus transportation between Lajitas Golf Resort, Big Bend Station, and all wedding events. Wedding: Bus will pick up at Lajitas at 4:40pm & Big Bend Station 5:05pm. The bus will take guests from Willow House to La Kiva. There will be 2 return busses from La Kiva: "early" bus will leave La Kiva at 10:45pm; Late bus will leave La Kiva at 11:35pm
Wedding Ceremony
5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Attire: Western Formal
Think cowboy elegance meets desert chic. We kindly ask that guests skip the jeans—suits are preferred for men (ties / bolo ties optional) and long dresses for women. Cowboy hats, boots, and touches of Western flair are welcome. Since the celebration will be on uneven desert ground, closed-toe shoes or boots are encouraged. Terlingua evenings in October can get chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket to stay comfortable after sunset. Parking: space is limited, so please park at Big Bend Station and take the bus if possible.
