GROUP CODE | AS26 Please note, a room booking is not synonymous with an event RSVP. We do not have access to view room bookings, so you must still submit your RSVP to confirm your attendance. To view available rooms, cabins, and villas within our room block at Chalet View Lodge, you must enter our group code. Without it, all accommodations will appear unavailable during the time of our celebrations. Our room block at Chalet View Lodge begins on Monday, October 5th and ends on Thursday, October 8th. Guests are welcome to stay for as long or as short a duration as they wish within these dates. Check-in will begin at 3:00pm each day. All guests must check out no later than 11:00am on Thursday. Please note that we will not be hosting any events on Monday, though Tuesday’s event will begin ahead of check-in. As our weekday celebration is bookended by other weekend weddings, accommodations at Chalet View Lodge will not be available outside of our October 5th to October 8th room block. We understand that many guests may wish to make a longer trip of the celebration; however, separate accommodations will need to be secured if you plan to arrive earlier or stay later than our room block allows.
