The Welcome Party

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us for lunch, lawn games, and other activities as you explore the property and get into the celebratory spirit! Attire for this event is elevated casual. Collared short-sleeve button-downs or polos, chinos or nice denim, tailored shorts, sundresses, jumpsuits, rompers, and two-piece sets are encouraged. Please select comfortable footwear, such as clean sneakers, loafers, flat sandals, or low, stable block heels, as the Chalet View Lodge property is primarily gravel and grass. Please note that this event will be hosted entirely outdoors. Guests are encouraged to monitor weather conditions closer to the event date and plan attire accordingly. We will be hosting a 9-hole chip-and-putt contest during this event. Guests who would like to participate are encouraged to bring their own clubs, as Chalet View Lodge does not offer club rentals. For guests who choose to arrive on Tuesday instead of Monday, please note that check-in will not be available until 3:00pm.

The One-Year Vow Renewal & Marriage Celebration

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire for this event is ALL BLACK formal wear. Tuxedos or tailored suits, button-down shirts, ties, formal dresses, preferably floor-length, women's pant sets, and dress shoes are expected. Guests should ensure all elements of their attire, including handbags, outerwear, and hair accessories, remain fully monochromatic and adhere to the all-black dress code. When selecting footwear, guests should note that they will travel along a gravel path to the ceremony, which will be held on grass. The reception will be hosted entirely on paved surfaces. While the ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors, the remainder of the evening will include a heated tent. Guests are encouraged to monitor the weather ahead of the event to ensure their comfort throughout the evening. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm on Chalet View Lodge’s 6th fairway. Cocktails and dinner to follow. Guests arriving on the day of the event should note that check-in will not be available until 3:00pm.
