Question

1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, guests are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes or so before our ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.

2. What is the dress code?

Answer

Our celebration is Semi-formal to formal attire. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dark suits, ties, tuxedos, gowns are all welcome. Thank you in advance! Please let us know if you have any questions.

3. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will be taking place at one location. Guests will have access to the outdoor patio during our celebration depending on the weather. Because it is Colorado, we recommend bringing layers and a warmer jacket as it could be 60-70 degree weather or snow in October.

4. What will our wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

This timeline is subject to change, but we want to give our guests a general idea of how our celebration will be laid out. Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Guests will be welcome 20 minutes before to get settled. Cocktail hour will be from 5:30pm - 6:00pm. Reception will begin around 6:00pm and festivities will wrap up after our send off around 10:45pm. Our big day will conclude at 11:00pm. If you wish to keep partying after our celebration, there are great bars to hop around in Downtown Littleton.

5. How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Our venue is located at 8199 Southpark Ct, Littleton, CO 80120. Please plan for your own transportation to and from the venue. Our recommended hotels are located about 5 minutes from the venue if walking. Alcohol will be served at our celebration and we want to make sure everyone who wants to party also gets home safely. Ubers and Lyfts are available in our area, we recommend scheduling your Uber ahead of time to ensure you have a ride at the time you wish to leave.

6. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Ashley Ridge has plenty of parking. Please make sure if you plan on partying that you have a safe ride home.

7. Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately this will be an adult-only event with the exception of our wedding party. Please leave your kiddos at home. Thank you so much for understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

8. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious buffet and cake to follow. Our open bar will have beer, wine and mixed drinks available to our guests. Be sure to check out our signature drink!

9. I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

We have a variety menu to choose from, however we understand that may not be accommodating to everyone. When you RSVP to our wedding, there is a section to detail any allergies or restrictions. We will do our best to make sure you are taken care of. If you have any additional concerns please reach out to Jon or Carrie directly.

10. Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Tips are appreciated. Please drink responsibly and plan your ride home. We want everyone to get home safely after dancing the night away.

11. Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

You can find this information under our travel section. We have blocked rooms at hotels nearby that are within walking distance to the venue.

12. Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We would ask all of our guests to turn off their phones, get unplugged and join us real-time, especially during the ceremony. We will have a photographer snapping pics of our day that we will share with everyone after. If you take some fun photos during the reception, we would love to see them! Use our #applesinautumn in any of your social media posts.

13. What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

All our guests will be able to RSVP online. When you receive our formal invitation there will be an RSVP card detailing out the number of seats we have reserved for you along with a link to RSVP. We request all RSVP's are finalized before September 25th, 2022.

14. I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Denver?

Answer

We have a list of some of our favorite things to do in Denver under our Things To Do page. We encourage you to explore our city, have fun, try something new and make this an unforgettable trip while celebrating with us. Looking for a specific recommendation? Ask Jon & Carrie and they can help direct you to even more amazing restaurants, bars and experiences.

15. Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes we do, our registry page is on our website. We have labeled out a couple of cash honeymoon experiences, gift card ideas and other gifts we are needing for our new home. If you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table and a card box for your convenience. Thank you so much in advance.

17. What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We will not be requiring masks for our celebration. Because of strict COVID rules for traveling, we ask if you are not feeling well that you celebrate with us from afar and get well from home.

18. How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

We understand the past two years have made planning anything unpredictable. Should something happen we will reach out to you via the email you provided when you shared your address with us. We would greatly appreciate prayers that our wedding will be unaffected by any future events.
