Our wedding venue, Loloma Lodge, is located on the banks of the McKenzie River in the central Oregon Cascade Mountains. We picked this venue in order to share the beauty of this forested river valley with our family and friends and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The two closest airports are in Eugene or Portland, Oregon. Near the venue are a number of small lodges and cabins in McKenzie Bridge. Be sure to book your lodging as early as possible, as spots will fill up due to the popularity of the location and the holiday. There are a lot of things to do in the area- please check out the "Things to Do" page for suggestions for the McKenzie River, but also for our recommendations for throughout the state of Oregon if you are making a vacation out of your trip.

Travel Note

A Note on Travel from Portland

If you are coming from Portland to Loloma Lodge, the quickest route is I5 to Highway 22 (the Santiam Pass). There are not many places to buy groceries once you hit the mountains, so we recommend stopping in or near Salem, OR for a grocery store. Otherwise your options will mostly be small general stores in the mountain towns. If you are confused or need more info, please feel free to reach out!

1 hour, 4 minutes to Loloma Lodge from the Eugene Airport.

Travel Note

Regarding Lodging:

We recommend all guests traveling from out of state secure their lodging before responding in the affirmative for attendance. Lodging will be booked far in advance due to the popularity of the area and the holiday, and the nearest cities are about an hour away from the venue. Camping is available at the venue, Loloma Lodge, for a $35 fee, and there are showers available. Loloma Lodge also has 4 small, rustic A Frame cabins available for $85 per night. There are also a number of National Forest Campgrounds. Our favorite is Paradise Campground, but McKenzie Bridge is also nearby. Below, we list a number of lodge and cabin options near the venue.
