We’re excited to share that this is the hotel where we’ll be reserving a block of rooms for the wedding weekend! We encourage you to book here early, as the block will only be held for a limited time before the remaining rooms are released to the public. Please plan accordingly and book before September 2nd, 2026. The hotel has set aside 25 rooms for Friday night (for those attending the rehearsal dinner) and 40 rooms for Saturday night (for guests staying in Greencastle after the wedding). Rooms will be available at a discounted rate for our guests. For the convenience of our guests, transportation will be provided between this hotel and the wedding venue. Guests staying at the hotel will have access to this shuttle service to and from the celebration. Please note that transportation will only be available from this hotel, and guests staying at other accommodations will need to arrange their own transportation to the venue.

The Doc's Inn is a Queen Anne Victorian home, and the Dandelion Inn is right next door. The Doc's Inn has 4 large guest rooms and would be ideal for large families/parties, but is not required. Whole-house rentals option is available, offering 3 different tiers with different pricing. All three options require a two-night minimum stay during the busy season. First-tier starts at $750 a night and includes exclusive access to the inn and all its amenities for up to 12 guests. Second-tier option, at $850 a night, includes complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries from our in-house chef, grab n' go breakfast options, including our house-made granola parfaits and freshly made breakfast sandwiches, as well as exclusive access to the inn and all its amenities for up to 12 guests. Our third-tier option, for $900/night, includes a full, traditional inn breakfast. This includes our pastry of the day, Indy-based Bluemind Roasters coffee, a curated selection of loose leaf teas, fresh juice, house-made granola parfaits, Amelia's sourdough toast, our Chef's seasonal omelet, bacon, and local Meadowbrook farm fresh eggs, and whatever additional goodies our chef dreams up for the weekend. This is an additional option for lodging! It is located in Cloverdale, IN, and is about 14 miles (24 minutes) away from our wedding venue. Transportation will not be provided for this option.
