Welcome Cocktail Reception

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We are so excited to have so many of our loved ones in one spot, and we just couldn't wait until the wedding to see you all! Join us for a relaxed welcome cocktail at Madeline’s, where we’ll be taking over the main bar for the evening. Drinks and bites will be available à la carte, making it an easy, come-and-go way to kick off the weekend. We’d love for you to stop by, raise a glass, and spend some time together before the big day! For this event, think smart casual. Save the fancy attire for the big day!

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm

Dress Code: Upstage the Grooms! Dress stylish, bold, and celebration-ready. Think elevated evening wear with personality—pops of color, tulle, sharp suits, or even some standout accessories. We want you to lean into your fun, fashion-forward side that makes you feel confident, impressive, and ready to party! Show us your style and celebrate with flair!

Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm with doors opening at 4:30pm. Our celebration will be a little non-traditional—in the best way! Instead of a formal sit-down dinner, we’re keeping the energy high and the party flowing from cocktail hour straight through the night. After cocktails, expect passed small plates instead of individually plated meals. Mix, match, and build your own perfect dinner as you go. There will also be a beautiful grazing table throughout the evening, so you can snack, nibble, or dive in whenever you’d like. Don’t worry—there will be more than enough food for everyone. This is a free-form style reception: music will be going, food will be circulating, and you’re free to move, mingle, dance, and enjoy at your own pace. We’ll have a mix of high-top and low-top tables for comfort, but no assigned seats or meal breaks—just a continuous, joyful, all-night celebration. Think of it as a wedding that feels more like a party, exactly the way we want it!
