Please note: There’s no formal room block being held—just a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rate. If you'd like a specific room type or an upgrade, call the reservations team at 800-261-9530, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. The discount will be available until March 11, 2026, or until those rooms fill up—whichever comes first. So we recommend booking early if you’re interested!

If You're Staying at a Colonial Williamsburg Property...

...you will be able to walk to all the festivities, your hotel, restaurants, shops, and many things to do. If you are able to get an Uber from your airport or train station, you should not need a rental car unless you plan on going somewhere outside the colonial area. There is a shuttle that takes you around the historical area, to hotels, the visitor center, and to the local Amtrak station.

Newport News/ Williamsburg International Airport (PHF)

This is our primary recommendation for flying into Colonial Williamsburg. An Uber or Lyft from the airport to the colonial area is only about 20min-40min or ~20 miles.

A slightly larger airport than the Newport News/Williamsburg Airport. An Uber or Lyft from here is about 45min-1hr and ~45 miles.

The Williamsburg Transportation Center is a full-service transportation center featuring Amtrak service, local cab service, and local bus service.

Travel Note

Parking

Self-parking is $25.00 per guestroom, per night for overnight guests. The charge will be applied to the guestroom reservation, and a parking pass will be given to each guest upon arrival. Guests who are not staying at the hotel (Williamsburg Inn and Lodge) will pay using the hotel’s parking app. Directions for using the app are displayed throughout the parking areas.
