Most importantly, we know our wedding requires travel for most of our guests, and we consider your efforts to be there to be the ultimate wedding gift! However, if you insist on an additional gift, we would appreciate contributions to our "Newlywed Fund" which will help us with everything from student loans to home improvements to a honeymoon. Because we are temporarily living in Hawaii and shipping goods across the Pacific Ocean is quite expensive, we're trying our best to live a very minimalist life as far as material goods are concerned. When we moved to Hawaii, we brought nothing; and, we will not be bringing anything when we leave. As a result, we have not registered for hardly any home goods or material gifts. We know this is non-traditional, but we appreciate your understanding and generosity!
