We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone but we also want our guests to feel comfortable attending our wedding. We kindly request (AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND) that our guests get vaccinated prior to our wedding. Regardless of vaccination status, we ask all who are attending to acquire a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours before traveling or attending wedding weekend events and to please wear a mask for your protection and that of our guests when social distancing is not possible. Please understand that we will have guests of all ages at our wedding and we want to ensure the safety and health of everyone. With love, Anna and Trevor
Please RSVP as soon as possible, so we can plan accordingly. Our original RSVP date was February 12th, but due to COVID we are pushing it to February 20th if you need more time to decide. If you already know your plans, please let us know right away. To get a discounted rate in our hotel block, you must still book by February 9th. We hope you all can still make it and we are taking precautions to make sure everyone is comfortable. You will be able to note any dietary needs when you RSVP. We will be having a buffet with a variety of options.
We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/Save The Date. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate additional guests due to the venue capacity. If your invitation was addressed to your family, when you go to RSVP each individual invited will be listed.
Cocktail Attire - Cocktail attire isn’t overly formal and is asking guests to be dressed a step above smart casual. An above-the-knee hem (or any length above floor length) nice dress is appropriate for women. Men can wear a suit (tie welcome, but optional) or sports jacket and button-up dress shirt. Bring shoes comfortable to dance in! Weather varies in California in March. Expect a range of temperatures between 40-60 degrees. We recommend bringing a shawl or jacket for the ceremony and cocktail hour that can be taken off inside for the reception.
Parking is available for free in front of the clubhouse at the venue. If you need to leave your vehicle there overnight, you may pick it up after 6 am the next morning. However, Coyote Creek Golf Club is not responsible for cars left in the parking lot. Parking should be readily available, but please try to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to mingle and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 4pm.
Coming from San Jose/Campbell, follow CA-85 S and US-101 S to Coyote Creek Golf Dr in Coyote. Take exit 371 from US-101 S. Turn right and follow Coyote Creek Golf Dr to the Clubhouse. Parking will be in front and the ceremony location is behind the building. You may enter from the front doors of the Clubhouse and walk through or walk around the left side of the building. We will have family members helping welcome and direct you to where you should go when you arrive.
We ask that you please keep your phone silenced during the ceremony and out of the way of our photographer. Our fabulous photographer, Mindy Webb and her team will be capturing the special moments. Once we are pronounced husband and wife, we encourage guests take and post pictures of the evening. If you can, please use our hashtag #AnnaStruckGoldstein and tag us, so we can keep track of all your photos!
After the ceremony, head over to cocktail hour on the grass and patio to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages while the Wedding Party and immediate family take photos. There will be some outdoor activities for your entertainment as well.
Yes, there will be a hosted bar during the Cocktail hour part of the evening for your enjoyment and then it will be a cash bar. Please drink responsibly! There will also be champagne and sparkling cider for toasts. In addition, there will be a coffee, tea, and iced tea beverage station available all night.
Having you at our special day is all we could hope for. However, we have created registries with Zola, Target, and Amazon and would also be grateful for any monetary contributions towards our future plans. You should be able to see all of the items on our registry page. If you would like to bring a gift or card to the wedding, we will have a table to collect them when you arrive at the venue, during cocktail hour and the reception.
Yes, it does! Make sure you are aware of the time change and change any clocks forward a hour to make sure you don't miss any flights the next morning.
You can send us an email at goldsteinwedding2022@gmail.com and Anna or Trevor will get back to you.
