The event is an outdoor wedding in August so its casual chic, jackets not required. The grass may be soft so you may want to rethink stilettos;)
Cocktail hour starts at 5pm and there will be music and a beautiful cheese and charcuterie table provided by the food truck, D&W Street Eatery. ****Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic refreshers will be provided but if you want any hard stuff, ya gotta bring your own! :)
Ceremony
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The ceremony will be officiated by Ben Brooks, a close personal friend and spiritual advisor to Neal for the past 13 years. He was there to help Neal usher in a new life and it is fitting that he would be the person to marry us on our wedding day.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

That post about attire was not intentional…you can definitely feel free to rethink the “fun hats “fascinators” and “floral prints” yikes!
There will be a food truck, D&W's Street Eatery, serving delicious Latin American BBQ fare from 7-11pm. Our Detroit based DJ, DJ Joe Darling, will be spinning vinyl for our listening and dancing pleasure. If you have any requests, please let us know! He will also have a microphone that is open to anyone so if anyone wants to announce anything or sing a specific song, he will provide the instrumental version for you if given a request in advance. ****Beer, wine, and a non-alcoholic refresher and an alcoholic batch cocktail will be provided but if you want any hard stuff, ya gotta bring your own! :) We will also have a light dessert platter as well.
