Welcome Party

6:30 pm

Western Chic / Cocktail Attire (think cocktail party, but with a hint of western!)

We invite our out-of-town guests to kick off the weekend with us downtown next to the Yampa River! We'll be serving appetizers, flatbreads, cocktails, and beautiful views. Please bring a warm layer as there is an outside patio, and it will get chilly as the sun goes down.

Wedding

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Dress code is semi-formal. Please bring a warm layer for the nighttime, and stick to wedges, flats, or boots as the ceremony will be in a grassy area. Review FAQs for more details.

Guests staying at The Sheraton or by the ski resort must meet at the Gondola Transit Center at 3:30PM to get the Bustache bus to the venue. Guests staying downtown must meet at the Wells Fargo on Lincoln Avenue at 3:30PM to get the Bustache bus to the wedding venue. There will be a 8PM, 9:30PM, and 11PM bus to choose from for the ride back.
