Booking Information Reservation Method: Guests may book directly through Snowbird’s Central Reservations Office by calling (800) 453-3000. Be sure to mention the Nemeth–Cara Wedding to receive the discounted group rate. For online booking, email lodging@snowbird.com for assistance. Payment Details: Each guest is responsible for their own room, taxes, fees, and incidentals. A credit card will be required at check-in. A one-night deposit (room rate, taxes, and fees) is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance for your stay will be automatically charged three (3) days before arrival. Online reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 3 days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged one night’s lodging, taxes, and fees. On the day of check-in, all reservations become non-refundable. No-shows, next day arrivals, or shortened stays are considered cancellations and will be charged for the entire reservation.

Salt Lake City International Airport

It is a 44 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport to Snowbird, Utah. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Airport shuttles can be arranged while booking lodging through Snowbird Central Reservations at 1-800-453-3000 at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. The current group pricing is $114.00, per person round-trip or $57.00, one-way, pre-paid. Same-day walk-ups are accepted at a higher rate on a space available basis at the Alta Shuttle desk located on Level 1 (Ground Transportation) of the Salt Lake International Airport. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable. Prices subject to change. Rates include driver Gratuity.

Flight

Provo Airport

Only Allegiant and Breeze flights available into Provo Airport from select locations. It is an hour and 3 minutes to Snowbird from Provo Airport.

Travel Note

Staying in the Salt Lake Valley?

There are plenty of hotels and AirBnBs available close to the mouth of the canyon. The average drive time up the canyon will be about 25 minutes.
