When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP card is due on April 5th, which is also Anna's birthday :)

What is the plan for social distancing?

Answer

Please bring and wear a mask when appropriate with venue guidelines. It is also recommended (not required) to take a Covid test prior to the wedding. Of course, if you are not feeling well or are experiencing any Covid symptoms the day of the wedding, we kindly ask you remain at home.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding reception to be your night off, so we kindly ask you leave the kids at home.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before 1:30pm. The bride suggests to arrive around 1:15pm at the latest. There will be a harp and flute duet for your auditory pleasure.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we do have our wedding block hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Airport North in North Olmsted. You can check out the "accommodations" page for more details.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors.

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will both be held indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at both the ceremony and reception. All parking is self-parking. Both parking lots are right next to the venue.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

The bridal party will be making their grand entrance at 6:30pm. Please arrive to the reception no later than 6:15pm, so you can find your table and be seated. You can arrive as early as 5:30pm when the cocktail hour begins. Cocktail hour has an open bar, photo booth, and music to enjoy.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or a dietary restriction, such as a vegetarian diet, please indicate the allergy or dietary needs on the back of the RSVP card in the proper location with the initials of the guest with the request. We will give the information to the caterers, so they can best accommodate you with your meal at the reception.

What is the bar situation at the reception?

Answer

It is an open bar with beer, wine, and spirits. Please enjoy! There will be tip jars at the bar, so feel free to tip your bartenders.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are. We are registered at Target, Amazon, Zola and Bed, Bath & Beyond. We also have a few items here on Zola. Some times are Zola while others are links to gifts from non-registry stores (such as Hobby Lobby and Etsy). These items are listed directly on our Zola wedding site.
