All events related to the wedding will be held in Ketchum and Sun Valley, so we recommend booking accommodation in either town. For the easiest walkable access to town and all events, we recommend finding somewhere in the area circled in pink in the map above. The area circled in blue, is still close, however you may need to rely on cycling or a vehicle to get where you need to go the fastest. Finding accommodation in Hailey is also a possibility, however it’s about a 20 - 30 min drive away from all the action, so please keep this in mind when booking (and please do not rely on Ubers/Lyfts being available!). Since our nuptials are over Labor Day weekend in a popular resort town, we recommend to book as early as possible!

Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN)

You have the option to fly direct to Sun Valley/Hailey. This airport is only about a 20 - 30 minute drive to downtown Sun Valley/Ketchum. These flights are typically a little pricier, however it saves a 3 hour drive and will let you avoid having to rent a car. Flight

Boise Airport (BOI)

Another option is to fly into Boise Airport, where there are more available airlines. Flights into Boise are typically slightly cheaper than flying directly into Sun Valley, however please keep in mind that this airport is a 3 hour drive from Sun Valley and transportation can be pricey. If you decide to fly into Boise, you will either need to book a shuttle service or rent a car. Please find more information on transportation options under FAQs.
