RMH - stay with us at the venue!
Stay with us at the wedding venue! We have booked out 3 entire neighboring haciendas for our guests! This is our preferred option for most guests. Your stay with us at the haciendas is all-inclusive and includes all meals from Friday check-in to Monday check-out (beyond what's already included as part of the wedding events) as well as house drinks. The cost is $315 USD per night, per guest assuming double occupancy. Some rooms can be arranged with twin beds or an extra bed for $95 USD per additional guest, per night (up to 3 guests total for most rooms, contact us for 4+ occupancy options). Please note that staying here requires a 3-night minimum stay. Traveling solo? You have options: - Book an entire room yourself - Pay the full room rate ($630 USD per night) for complete privacy - Share a twin room - Split costs with another solo traveler in one of our twin-bed rooms ($315 USD per person, per night). We're happy to help connect solo travelers who want to share rooms - please reach out! - Stay off-site - RMH Beach Condos or Puerto Aventuras Beach Club Hotel offer nearby alternatives (refer to the other travel note on this) Bringing kids? Children ages 0-11 stay free—we'll provide a cot in your room for kids under 4. For kids 4 and older, you'll either need an extra bed in one of the 3-person rooms (no charge but subject to availability) or a separate room at the standard rate for them. For larger families (4 or more), we've reserved a few special family rooms. Please reach out if you'd like one of these rooms as you cannot book them on the website without discussing with us first.

RMH Beach Condos
These "Beach Condos" are within the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, just a short walk from the wedding venue. They’re a great choice if you’re traveling as a large family and want more space or need more privacy. Prices and sizes vary, and you’ll need to book directly through RHM. You’ll still be close enough to easily join all the festivities. Please reach out to Liz, Marina, or Melanie at rentals@rivieramayahaciendas.com to get more information. Please note that you will have limited access to the haciendas outside of the official events.

Other options
We know some of you may prefer to stay elsewhere—and that's totally fine! The closest towns are Playa del Carmen (25 minutes by car) and Tulum (35 minutes by car), both with plenty of accommodation options to choose from. If you'd prefer to stay somewhere within the gated community, we suggest Puerto Aventuras Beach Club Hotel as a nearby alternative. Just keep in mind that if you stay outside the gated community (like in Playa del Carmen or Tulum), you'll need to arrange your own transportation to and from the venue, and a special pass is required to enter the gated community. If you go this route, please reach out and we'll arrange the access code for you.

Getting to the venue
Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) - about 1 hour 20 minutes from our venue. Transportation from the airport to the venue: 1. Private transfers (RECOMMENDED): You can book a transfer directly through the accommodation booking site, or if you'd prefer to organize this yourself, companies like USA Transfers, Cancun Shuttle, or Happy Shuttle Cancun will meet you at the airport with a sign and handle the gated community access too. Please reach out to these companies to get costs. We can also help set up group chats to coordinate sharing private shuttles between our guests who want to use the venues services. 2. Shared shuttles: Budget-friendly but involves multiple stops (longer travel time) 3. Rental car: All major agencies available - drive south on Highway 307 for about 1 hour 20 minutes. Note that there is limited parking available at the venue. Please let us know if you would like to park at the haciendas! 4. Taxi: $80-120 USD (make sure it's an official airport taxi) 5. Bus route: ADO bus to Playa del Carmen plus taxi to Puerto Aventuras (not recommended with a lot of luggage) Important: Puerto Aventuras is a gated community. Private transfer drivers will handle entry for you, or bring your booking confirmation if driving yourself.
