Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided between Home2Suites Leesburg, Homewood Suites Leesburg, Embassy Suites Dulles North Loudoun, and the wedding venue. Shuttle service capacity for transport to the wedding venue for the ceremony will be limited and available on a first come first serve basis, as Uber/Lyft is very accessible from the hotels. We will have much more capacity for transporting guests back to the hotels after the wedding via the shuttles since Uber/Lyft availability from the wedding venue may be difficult late at night. Parking at the wedding venue is available but limited. Please let us know if you plan to drive/park to ensure that we accommodate enough parking spaces. For ease and safety, we strongly encourage guests to stay at one of the three hotel blocks, or to take Uber/Lyft to the wedding venue and use the shuttle service back to one of the hotel blocks after the wedding. Uber/Lyft is easily accessible from any of the hotels.
