Please check your RSVP by looking up your name on the RSVP page to see if you have a guest. If you do not have a guest in your RSVP and would like one, please ask Charlie or Angie! Depending on final headcount, we may/may not be able to accomodate them. We will NOT accomodate guests that are not included in the final headcount.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the wedding venue but is limited. Please be sure to note if you plan to drive on your RSVP so we can prepare to accomodate enough parking spaces.

When should I plan to arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4pm so you are seated for the ceremony by 4:30pm when the ceremony starts. If you are driving and parking at the wedding venue, please arrive no later than 4pm to ensure you have enough time to be transported from the parking lot to the ceremony. It is a short <5 minute walk, but through a grassy field, so we will be providing shuttle service from the parking lot to the ceremony.

What NOT to wear?

Answer

Please avoid wearing attire that is dominantly red or white. Red is traditionally worn by the bride and groom in Chinese weddings. Stiletto heels are NOT recommended. Most of the wedding venue has stone walkways, but there are also grassy areas that you might be walking through (especially if you are parking at the venue). Block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended for ladies.

Is the entire wedding going to be outdoor?

Answer

Yes, we will have an outdoor ceremony uncovered (weather permitting) and an outdoor tented reception.

Will the shuttle service be available before the end of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle service will begin trips back to the hotel blocks at 9pm for those that want to leave early.
