Dale Williams

Matron of Honor

Who do I know will hit the dance floor with me to get the party started? Who do I send random messages and videos to so that we can call each other later and laugh about things only “we” would find funny? None other than, my Dalie! Dale is like a sister to me, but what makes it better is that we actually are sorority/line sisters. Dale resides in Richmond, VA and is the wife of Michael, mother of 9-year-old Chance, and works as a Career Coach through a Residency program at VCU. Dale enjoys traveling and has been to numerous countries, volunteering at her son’s school and swim team, cooking, and shopping for others. I always say she has “Shopping Favor” because she knows how to find the best deals! I can count on Dale to be my voice of reason and to find the good in any situation.

Juan Anthony, Sr.

Best Man

Juan and Ronald became instant friends in 1976 when Juan moved onto Ratcliff Avenue and became Ronald's neighbor. Like Ronald, Juan shares a love for fashion. Thanks to Ronald's parents Juan was allowed to borrow Ronald's clothes and cologne without Ronald's knowledge. Juan and Ronald have alot in common beside being fans of opposing football team - DemBoyz vs Steeler Nation. Ronald served as Juan's groomsmen in 1996. Today, Juan is honored to call Ronald his brother and to serve as his Best Man. Wishing Angela and Ronald a lifetime of happiness…. ♥️

Tecoa Turner

Matron of Honor

My To-To (as I lovingly call her) is my older sister (by 1 year), friend, sorority sister and confidant! There is nothing she won’t do (or hasn’t done) for me. She is a full-time mother and wife and part-time Pediatrician. Tecoa resides in Orange County, California, with her husband Matthew, two daughters (Zoe and Brielle) and son (Joshua) and enjoys community outreach, reading, and traveling (especially her annual trip to the Caribbean with me).

Charles Taylor

Best Man

Charles Gregory Taylor – My brother, my hero: Being 4 years older than me “Charlie” was my template for most everything I aspired to be as child. I did what he did. He led I followed. He was my quarterback in the marathon football games we played in the street with our neighborhood brothers. He played high school football, I played high school football. I was dubbed “Lil Charles” by his teammates. It was a cherished nickname. He shaped my style, because when he bought clothes, I tried to wear them. He was my guy in all things. Today, he is a retired Quartermaster for the City of Richmond Police Department. He is the proud father of Chavis and Kyra.

Tijen Coleman

Bridesmaid

My Ti-ma is not only my oldest sister, but my friend. She’s the one who gave me my middle name, Tanisha. Ti-ma is like my second mother; that’s why I gave her that name. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc., a college graduate of Fisk University and a Senior Medical Claims Adjuster for an insurance company. Tijen resides in New York with her two adult sons Jemal and Anthony (my godson) and 1 daughter Jada (who got her dancing ability from me). Tijen enjoys watching TV and reading books (it takes her a long time to finish a book). She also enjoys being active in her church and community. Tijen always looks forward to our Sisters Trip that we try to take an annual basis.

Calvin Taylor, Jr.

Groomsman

Calvin H. Taylor, Jr. - My brother, my hero: My second oldest sibling and sparring partner. You know it’s that brother thing. He’s the oldest, I’m the youngest. He’s pretty(his words). I’m handsome. He got Daddy’s name. I got Daddy’s face. Y’all know where I’m going with this. I kid. I kid. Honestly, he’s my hero, because he’s my big brother. He’s an Air Force veteran. A Post Office retiree. He’s been married to the love of his life Judy for 45 years. A father of 3 Sasha, Haven, and Nick. Grandfather of 3 Landon, Lily, and Nakiyah.

Shakara Dalecki

Bridesmaid

My Shé-Shé has been a very close friend to me for over 20 years. Our friendship began during our college years at Virginia Union University. We had the best times as cheerleaders for the basketball and football teams, models for campus fashion shows, and doing dance routines in our dorm room - where I made sure I was always the lead and she was the back up. She hated that BTW! Sherri is a loving mother to her 8-year-old son Cameron and a full time Account Executive in the healthcare industry. My Shé-Shé is also an actress and model and resides in Delaware. What I love most about our friendship is that we can always reminisce and laugh about something years later, and it’s still as funny as it was 10 years ago! She is always there for me and I know I can call on her for anything.

Donald Hunt

Groomsman

Donald Hunt is the life of every party! The word unforgettable is an understatement, but Donald Lincoln Hunt is truly an unforgettable soul. The self-proclaimed “social butterfly”, Donald made friends easily and enjoyed a lively, but structured childhood. During high school, Donald was a high performing student athlete, excelling in track, football, and academics. His efforts and hard work led him to the illustrious halls of North Carolina A&T State University where earned a coveted football scholarship and left an indelible mark both on and off the field. Donald plays an active role in being a #girldad to Cierra and Daye. Ever the enterprising mind, Donald has successfully started several small businesses. True to his Scorpio spirit, Donald loves the water and is very ambitious.

Chartarra Joyner

Bridesmaid

Chartarra (My Tar-Tar) is my older sister and currently lives in Greensboro, NC. She met me a few days after I was born when our parents brought me home! Ever since, I have always been around. We played, sang, cheered and danced together. I was also a frequent shopper in her closet during our high school years. Chartarra is the more serious of the Isabell sisters. She is the wife of Jay Joyner and mother to my nephews, Elijah and Evan and my niece, Elana Joyner. Chartarra enjoys reading and spending time with family when not working as an Associate Vice Chancellor of Budget and Planning working at NC A&T University.
