Holiday Inn Martinsburg

Please call to reserve rooms with the block. This is where the bridal party will be staying. We will have an afterparty here when the reception ends at 10:30 PM. Also, we will have a farewell breakfast here on Sunday morning from 8:30-noon if you want to come by. Breakfast is $8.95 for a buffet. This is 3 miles from the venue but we will have a shuttle.

A shuttle will be running every 15-20 minutes from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM and then from 8 PM to 11 PM when the reception ends. It will pick up at the lobby of Holiday Inn (which is right next to Day's Inn) and Hampton Inn every 15-20 minutes. *If you are staying somewhere else, let us know and we can try to add a stop!

This is another option for lodging. These rooms run about $120 and the hotel is very close to the Holiday Inn.

This is another hotel option that is very close (walking distance) to Holiday Inn!

This is another lodging option! These rooms are about $140/ night and are 1.5 miles from both the Holiday Inn and the venue.

Hilton Garden Inn Martinsburg

The Hilton is a really nice option but it is a little further from the other hotels so the shuttle will not be running to this one. These rooms are about $160/night.

Flight

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

This is the closest airport to fly into. It is an hour's drive from the venue. Please contact Harsh & Angela- we have a few out-of-town guests and we can arrange a carpool! BWI and Reagan are both 1.5 hours away.
