Complimentary Shuttle Service

We will be providing shuttle service from the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel to the wedding venue Mendakota Country Club before the ceremony. After the reception, we will provide a shuttle from Mendakota back to the hotel. See specific departure times below: PRE-CEREMONY SHUTTLE DEPARTURE (From Hotel to Mendakota) 3:30 P.M. - First shuttle departs from hotel 4:05 P.M. - Second (and last shuttle before the ceremony) departs from hotel. POST-RECEPTION SHUTTLE DEPARTURE TIMES (From Mendakota to hotel) 8:30 P.M. First shuttle departs from reception. The shuttle will continue to drive in a loop between the reception venue and the hotel for the remainder of the evening. You can catch the shuttle in the Mendakota parking lot when you are ready to leave for the night. 11:15 Final shuttle departs from reception.

Flight

Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport (MSP)

This is the most convenient airport to fly into with multiple flights to and from the east coast every day. MSP is less than a 10 minute drive to both the hotel (Omni Viking Lakes Hotel) and the wedding venue (Mendakota Country Club). There are cabs available at the airport. There is also access to ubers and lyfts, and car rental agencies.

We booked a block of hotel rooms at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel on Saturday, June 25 and Sunday, June 26.
