Transportation to Events
We will be providing shuttle service to and from our wedding and welcome party! Exact times TBD and locations TBD, but we will be coordinating pick up locations within the downtown area of Hudson and at the Holiday Inn and Spark by Hilton in Coxsackie. If you would like transportation to and from our celebration, please plan your stay accordingly. If you have a larger group staying outside Hudson or the listed hotels, please let us know if you need transportation to and from the events and we can see if coordination is possible (though we can’t guarantee it). While there are taxis and Uber / Lyft available in the area, note that these are not always the most reliable on a whim. Please be sure if you need car service you are pre-booking or aware that this could be a challenge. You can arrange private transport via the following options: Coxsackie Transportation, Premiere Transportation, Royale Transportation.

Holiday Inn Express & Spark by Hilton Coxsackie
We have a block at the Holiday Inn Coxsackie, which is a 15 minute drive from the wedding venue and a 25 minute drive from the welcome party/downtown Hudson. Shuttle service will be provided to and from both events. Boutique Hudson Hotels
Below is a recommended list of hotels if you'd like to stay in Hudson. Hudson is a wonderful town with lots of things to do. It is located about a 20 minute drive from the wedding venue, and the welcome party will be in Hudson. We highly recommend booking early, but do note that some hotels are not yet available to book (e.g., Rivertown Lodge). There are also several airbnbs in Hudson and near the wedding venue. Please let us know if you're interested in booking an airbnb and we can let you know if shuttle service will be provided to that location. In general, shuttle service will only be provided to and from the downtown area of Hudson and the Holiday Inn/Hilton Spark in Coxsackie, so please make sure you are able to get to a shuttle location if staying elsewhere. Flight
Air Travel
Albany Airport is the closest airport and is a half hour to hour drive to accommodations. You can take Air Train to the Amtrak station to get to Hudson, or use ride share. If flying into NYC and not renting a car, we recommend Newark, then taking rideshare or train to Penn Station to catch the Amtrak to Hudson. If driving, NYC airports are all approximately a 2-2.5 hour drive to Hudson.

If you are coming from elsewhere on the east coast and would rather train than fly, we recommend taking the train to Penn Station to catch the Amtrak to Hudson, which takes about 2 hours and departs several times per day.
