Join us for relaxed food and drinks to kick off the weekend in Hudson! There will be a food truck posted up to serve some great eats. If you will be taking advantage of our shuttles, please review details below. Please arrive at your shuttle pick up location 5-10 minutes ahead of the listed scheduled times below. Friday Shuttle Schedule (First Student (School Bus)): - Holiday Inn Express & Spark: 6:30 PM Pick Up - Gather Greene: 6:00 PM Pick Up - Return Trips to Gather Greene, Holiday Inn Express and Spark at 10:00 PM

Wedding

Summer Cocktail (see FAQs for details)

Please arrive at 4pm for the wedding ceremony so that we can get started promptly at 4:30pm! Shuttles will run accordingly (see below). We will have cocktail hour on the open air deck at 5pm, move into the covered open air pavilion for the reception from 6-10pm, and then head into the quarry for s’mores and drinks by the bonfire until midnight. If weather so requires, the cocktail hour and afterparty will be under a tent. If you will be taking advantage of our shuttles, please review details below. Saturday Shuttle Schedule (Yankee Trails): - Holiday Inn Express & Spark: 3:40 PM Pick Up - The Wick (Hudson): 3:30 PM Pick Up - Hudson Opera House (Hudson): 3:20 PM Pick Up - Rivertown Lodge (Hudson): 3:30 PM Pick Up - Shuttles to the above locations after the events on Saturday will leave Gather Greene at 10 PM, 11 PM, and 12 AM

Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Please join us for a final brunch/debrief back at our wedding venue so we can enjoy the beautiful property in some more comfortable clothes before sending you on your way!
