Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles from downtown Hudson and the Holiday Inn/Hilton Spark to Friday's welcome party (which is walking distance from all hotels in Hudson) and to Saturday's wedding events at Gather Greene. On Saturday, shuttles will continue to run regularly from the end of the reception through the end of the after party (exact times TBD). If you are staying outside of Hudson or the Holiday Inn then you will need to arrange separate transportation.

Will the events be outside? How far apart are they?

Answer

The welcome party on Friday will be indoor/outdoor. All events on Saturday will be outside regardless of weather. The ceremony will be in the woods a short walk or golf cart ride from the parking lot, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be outside on the deck, or under a tent if weather requires. The reception is under a covered open air pavilion. All Saturday events are within walking distance of one another, but we will also have golf carts available!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party, the dress code is smart casual. Women can wear a sundress or a skirt, pants, or shorts with a nice top. Men can wear a collared shirt or polo with nice shorts or khakis. For Saturday's wedding events, the dress code is summer cocktail. The events will be outside in the summer so wear something comfortable. For women, we suggest light colored or floral midi or floor length dresses. For men, we suggest a suit or sport coat in a light fabric. The events are located in different parts of the property so wear comfortable shoes (e.g., block heels or wedges), though golf carts will also be available.

Is there parking?

Answer

There are a limited number of parking spaces at the wedding venue. Please let us know if you plan to drive so we can allocate spaces accordingly. There is ample street parking in Hudson for the welcome party.

Are children invited?

Answer

Saturday’s events are adults only, but we welcome children at the welcome party and brunch! Please just let us know closer to the events so we can plan food accordingly.
