The largest high-alpine pasture in Europe. A stunning meadow dotted with rifugios, relaxed hiking, and great views of the surrounding mountains. Sunset is really nice from up here. Look up how to get here as driving requires a reservation; otherwise buses & cable cars can get you there.
Known as the "Amphitheatre of the Dolomites" for it's stunning panoramic views and wildflowers. Accessible by multiple chairlifts and trails around the area offering many rifugios, hiking trails, and mountain biking. Trails with views of mountains that face West offer spectacular sunsets.
Probably the most popular hiking area in the Dolomites. Closer to Cortina where the 2026 Winter Olympics are. This is the TikTok famous viewpoint and it lives up to the hype. You need to make an online reservation to drive up and it costs ~40€, otherwise you can take a bus.
The valleys that run along the highway you probably drove in on from Trento to the Brenner Pass at the Italy-Austria border. Lots of wineries and apple orchards with beautiful views. Known for white wines further north, and sparkling and fresh reds to the south.
