The Venue
We are beyond excited for you all to see our venue, Le Relais de Saint-Preuil (pronounced luh ruh-lay duh san pruh-yuh), in person! We visited in June and were amazed by both the beauty of the rolling Cognac hills and the hospitality of the owners Sven and Steven.
Le Relais de Saint-Preuil was originally established as a Relais de Poste in the year 1715, where mail couriers and travelers could rest, change horses, and continue their journey. Over the years, it has evolved from a simple resting place for tired travelers and their horses to a refined boutique B&B.
We've rented the venue and its rooms for the whole weekend to host our activities, including our Friday welcome dinner, Saturday reception and ceremony, and Sunday pool party and BBQ. Le Relais de Saint-Preuil will also house our guests traveling from the United States.
