What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving by 4:30 pm to ensure a timely start to our celebration. Keep in mind that the venue is located within a gated community, so please allow a few extra minutes to enter. Upon arrival, you'll find a comfortable shade and refreshment station where you can relax until it's time to be seated.

Can I get an Uber home?
Answer
Please plan ahead if you won’t be driving. The venue is in a more remote area, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are limited. We recommend scheduling a ride in advance through the app or arranging a designated driver.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 15, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate your reply as soon as possible so we can finalize all the details! If you know you can make it sooner, awesome!

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding is semi-formal, but don’t stress — think suits or dressy shirts for the guys (collared shirts required since it’s a country club) and long dresses or classy cocktail outfits for the ladies. The theme is summery and colorful, so feel free to have fun with florals and bright colors, no white please. Please keep in mind the ceremony is on real grass, so you may want to skip the stilettos!

While we love your kiddos, we’d love for you to enjoy this night kid-free! Due to our guest cap, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking onsite?
Answer
Yes! There’s plenty of parking onsite for all our guests, so no need to worry about finding a spot. You will need to enter a gated community to get to the country club entrance within the neighborhood—no stress you will be on the list!

Can I bring a date?

While we’d love to have more join the party, please refrain from bringing a plus one unless they’re listed on your RSVP. We are only able to accommodate those invited.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
May in Arizona is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temps in the 80s to low 90s and evenings in the 60s. Since our ceremony and reception will be outdoors at Blackstone Country Club, the weather can be a bit unpredictable. Don’t worry — we’ll have plenty of options for shade and comfort so everyone can enjoy the day!

Is there a registry and do I need to buy a gift?

No need to worry about gifts! If you’re traveling far to celebrate with us, please do not feel obligated to purchase anything from our registry. Your presence on our big day is truly a blessing. You can still check out our registry on the site if you’d like — we’ve included some lower-price options too — but the most important thing is celebrating together!

Where should I stay?

There are several great hotels and Airbnbs in the Peoria and surrounding areas and we have listed some on our site. We recommend booking early for the best options! Please note that the 303 to get up to Blackstone Country Club can be quite dark at night, so plan accordingly if you’re driving.

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the meal. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure there are options for you.
