After June 1st, you can continue to book at their current nightly rate. Complimentary guest transportation to and from Early Mountain Vineyards will be provided from this hotel. Alternatively, Hampton Inn Charlottesville is also a great nearby option. While we don't have a reserved block here, it's a convenient choice and close to the Courtyard by Marriott, where guest transportation to and from the wedding will be provided.

Complimentary guest transportation to and from Early Mountain Vineyards will be provided from Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at 638 Hillsdale Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22901. If you're staying at a different hotel, you're still welcome to use the guest transportation to and from the wedding. All shuttles will depart from and return to the Courtyard by Marriott. Flying from Des Moines (DSM) Charlottesville Airport (CHO) is the closest airport to the venue, about 25 minutes away. There are no direct flights from Des Moines, but connecting flights are available through cities like Atlanta, Charlotte, or Chicago. A great option if you'd prefer to land closer to the venue and don't mind a layover. Alternatively, Richmond International Airport (RIC) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) are both about 1 hour 40 minutes from the venue.
