5:00 pm - 11:30 pm

A complimentary shuttle will be provided for all guests attending our wedding. To the Ceremony • Pickup location: Courtyard Marriott (638 Hillsdale Dr, Charlottesville, VA 22901). • Shuttle pickup: 5:00–5:15 PM • Shuttle departs promptly at 5:20 PM • Destination: Early Mountain Vineyards (6109 Wolftown-Hood Rd, Madison, VA 22727) Return to the Hotel • First return shuttle departs the venue at 9:45 PM • Final shuttle departs the venue at 11:30 PM Please plan to arrive in the hotel lobby by 5:00 PM to ensure a smooth and timely departure. The shuttle will only make one trip on the way to the wedding!
