What Is The Dress Code?

Formal Garden Attire For women, we recommend floor-length or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or polished coordinated sets. Floral prints, bold hues, and soft pastels are welcome. For men, we recommend suits and ties in classic shades or seasonal tones.

Will There Be Transportation To & From The Venue?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary guest transportation to and from Early Mountain Vineyards will be provided from Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at 638 Hillsdale Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22901. If you're staying at a different hotel, you're still welcome to use the guest transportation to and from the wedding. All shuttles will depart from and return to the Courtyard by Marriott. More details and shuttle timing will be shared soon!

What Is The Best Airport To Fly Into?

Answer

Charlottesville Airport (CHO) is the closest airport to the venue, about 30 minutes away. They do not offer direct flights from Iowa or New Jersey but connecting flights are available. Alternatively, Richmond International Airport (RIC) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) are both about 1 hour 40 minutes from the venue. There are several car rental services, ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft available at the airport for transportation to your accommodations.

Can I Use Ride-Sharing Services To Get To And From The Venue?

Answer

Due to the location of the venue, we do not recommend using ride-sharing services for transportation to get back from the venue due to limited availability in the area.

Is The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception Inside Or Outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside on the event lawn. Cocktail hour will take place in the tasting room and on the adjoining outdoor terrace. The reception will be held inside the venue.
