Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms for Friday & Saturday for guests at the Marriott Downtown. To book your room, simply review the information in the 'Travel' section above. The room rate is $179.00 per night (plus taxes and fees). With the Chiefs in town and the Holidays right around the corner, we encourage you to book soon. Standard cancellation policy applies (72 hours advanced notice).
Attire is relaxed semi-formal. Cocktail dresses for women, suits or slacks with a dress shirt for men. Feel free to leave the tie at home to ensure you are comfortable the whole night.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm at Nativity Parish. We encourage you to arrive between 1:15-1:45pm.
Yes! We want to make it as convenient and safe as possible for our guests to celebrate with us. For those staying at the Marriott, there will be a free private shuttle between the Marriott and Oliver Building starting at 4:30pm. The bus will depart every 30 minutes until the end of the reception at 11:00pm.
Yes, Nativity Parish will have ample parking for guests attending the ceremony. The Oliver will also have ample parking for guests who wish to drive. The venue will have parking lot attendants to assist with parking and ensure cars are secure throughout the event. If you get lost trying to find the Oliver, just look for the large sign with our names on it to guide you to the lot entrance!
There will be approximately 90 minutes between the Ceremony at Nativity Parish and the Cocktail Hour at the Oliver Building. If you are staying at the Marriott Hotel, we encourage you to utilize the time to check in refresh and join us in the Wedding Hospitality Suite! If you're local, we encourage you to explore the Crossroads, Downtown or West Bottoms! Please check out the "Our Favorite Spots" section for some inspiration.
