Matron of Honor
I am so incredibly honored to introduce my matron of honor, Shana. Shana is my cousin but has acted as a stand-in sister since I was born. We have celebrated practically every birthday together, have gone on many trips with each other, and have made countless memories over the years. She understands me more than anyone else in my life and acknowledges my quirkiness, humor and brings out the best parts of me. I can count on her no matter what the circumstances are and know she'll always have my back. When it came to deciding who my matron of honor would be, it was not even a decision. I knew I wanted Shana to fill that role for as long as I can remember. I can't wait to have her stand my side supporting me as I marry the man of my dreams.
Ryan Dowd
Best Man
Ryan is not simply a best man. He's played one of the biggest roles in my life up until this point. He's been my best friend, the best brother to my sister and I, and without a doubt, we share the unconditional brotherly love that has helped both of us grow into who we are. Ryan is the most mature, intelligent, understanding, and sensible guy I know. He's always been there for me in the toughest times and in the happiest times too. Very few individuals that I know display the loyalty, love, and dedication towards their loved ones like Ryan does. He has always been someone that I can count on and without hesitation, he's made me the proudest brother in the world. Our relationship as brothers has been the highlight of my life leading up to meeting Kristina since the day he was born.
Katy Alek

Katy and I met in 6th grade at Northley Middle School. I wasn't super fond of her at first because she would always put her hair on my desk and I thought it was gross (LOL). We quickly became best friends and have been for over 12 years now. Katy is definitely my adventurous friend, and we love trying new places and doing lots of fun activities when we're together. She continues to be one of my best friends because she always makes time for our friendship. She is a wonderful person and friend and I am so honored to have her be apart of our day.
Kristian Moor

It's funny. When we entered kindergarten at St. Thomas Aquinas School, little did I know that I found a friend for life in Kristian Moor. From sneaking out to hang out with him at age 5 in the neighborhood growing up, to getting coffee with him on an average day at AIG. But don't be mistaken, there is nothing average about Kristian. His intellect, diligence towards all facets of his life, and drive make him great. I have seen Kristian do some of the most wonderfully kind things for not only myself, but for everyone and anyone he meets. This is just scratching the surface of his amazing character. He is a brother to me and I know we could both count on one another if our lives depended on it. Without a doubt, I am extremely grateful, proud, and blessed to call Kristian my groomsman.
Rachel Simmons

Rachel was my first friend ever. We met at Kinder Care when we were only a few months old. Our moms became best friends so naturally we became best friends as well. Over the years we both had different friends and took different paths but always continued to be there for each other. To this day, she is still one of my best friends and I am so happy to have a friend like her in my life and to have her stand by my side on our wedding day.
Griffin Hester

Griffin is one of my closest friends and has been ever since college. He and I have similar interests in sports, career goals, and most importantly the betterment of each other. I can always count on Griffin when I need someone to come through for me and he knows he can rely on the same with me. It is funny when people say that when things come to an end in life that if you have five solid individuals that you can call friends when time comes to an end, you have lived a successful life. Griffin is one of those types of friends. Although we share similar interests which brought us together, our loyalty to one another will allow us to never be apart. I am forever fortunate and pleased to introduce Griffin Hester as my groomsman.
Darian Beahan

I met Darian in 6th grade at Northley Middle School around the same time as I met Katy. I’ll never forget the time when Darian called my house phone in the beginning of the school year to ask for the homework assignment. I was not very nice to her but nonetheless we became best friends and now we tell that story all the time as the start of our friendship. Throughout high school we drifted a little until senior year when I invited her to my senior week. Ever since then we’ve been best friends and have had so many amazing and funny memories together. I am so happy to have her be apart of our day and even more blessed to have a friend as great as her in my life.
Sean Serpe

When you walk up to someone and say that the person you met is genuine and a good guy, it wouldn't surprise me if that person was Sean Serpe. Sean and I lived together in college and bonded through all sorts of moments, but the true bonding was through our great friendship. I have always had an ally in Sean and he has always been there to drive me forward in life. He has bettered me in so many ways. Whether that be in driving my career decisions or my choice in music which is heavily responsible due to him. Sean is a phenomenal individual that I would trust my life with and even though he lives afar in Atlanta, when we see one another, it is like picking up right where we left off. I am forever grateful that Sean is going to be my groomsman.

I’m super excited to have Kelly as one of my bridesmaids. One of my favorite memories I have with Kelly is floating in the Nantucket Sound with her on Cape Cod for hours just talking and laughing. We definitely got to know each other a lot on that day and I'll always cherish that time we had together. I can’t wait to have her as a sister and make more memories over the years with her. She’s a great person and a lot of fun and I'm honored to have her stand by my side on our wedding day.
Kevin Bentivegna

There are two things that come to mind when I think of Kevin. The first and in the forefront at first, is talented. He is athletically and intellectually talented in so many ways. From being an exceptional basketball player to being very successful in his career path, Kevin upholds the talent that he portrays. Secondly, but much more importantly, the second thought that comes to my mind is how great of a person that he is and has formed into. Kevin and I have been through ups and downs dating back to 1993 when we first became friends, but I have watched him mold into becoming one of the finest gentlemen that I know and simply put, a great guy. I am thrilled and tremendously grateful to announce Kevin Bentivegna as my groomsman.

I met Jackie in middle school but we really didn't become good friends until high school. Over the last few years, we have gotten incredibly close and I know I can count on her no matter what life throws at me. She is the kind of friend that you can laugh with until your stomach aches (which happens a lot because she is seriously the funniest person ever), but she is also the kind of friend that you can talk to about serious stuff and she'll always try her best to help. I'm so happy that Jackie will be standing by my side on our wedding day.
Patrick Hughes

My cousin Patrick and I have a bond that dives deep. We got extremely close when I would visit him in Wisconsin summer after summer from when I was 13 to when I was in my early 20s. If I were to explain why I got along so well with Patrick, I would point towards his disposition. He is a great person to spend time with, an excellent person to befriend, but an amazing person to love as a friend or family member. The reason for this is that he will love you back in an equal or greater way than expected. I could always count on Pat to be there, but no matter what, I know we will have each other as cousins and great friends for the rest of our times here on earth. Since he has recently become a doctor, I present the man, the myth, the doctor and legend, Patrick Hughes as my groomsman as well.
Ashley DiBona

Ashley and I first met at Pioneer Girls in the 5th grade, but didn't become close until the 7th grade at Northley Middle School. Ashley and I spent our weekends making up code names for people in our classes, dressing up in crazy costumes and putting on skits in her basement. We ended up calling our shenanigans (and our friendship) "The Sisterhood" and the name has stuck throughout all these years. Ashley and I have always remained close because we share a lot of the same interests and because we've always made time for each other. I am so glad that she is able to be with us on our special day and even more grateful to have her in my life.
Leif Anderson

I met Leif the first time I met Kristina's family and I was certainly impressed with Leif. He is a genuine, good guy that cares more about his sister's well-being than his own and that is why I immediately respected him from the start. When we visited that first time at their home in Virginia, he pulled me aside and walked with me to understand my true intentions regarding his sister. I told him I loved her very much 3 years ago that day and Leif and I continued to get along ever since. I have never met someone that matured so quickly in life too and I am extremely excited to call him my brother. He is a great guy and I look forward to call him family. I am extremely lucky to have Leif as a future brother and a groomsman.
