We are so incredibly grateful that you’re considering joining us in Sedona to celebrate the next chapter of our lives together! We know that a destination wedding means taking time off, arranging travel, and making extra plans, and it truly means the world to us that you would make the journey. Please book early! Sedona is a popular travel spot especially in the spring, and accommodations and shuttles can fill up quickly during peak season. We’ve listed recommendations and travel options below to make planning easier. Most guests will fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and then either rent a car or take a shuttle to Sedona (about 2 hours away). Flexibility is key. Sedona is relaxed, scenic, and full of natural beauty. Whether you’re hiking trails, sipping coffee with red rock views, or simply resting at your hotel, we hope this trip feels like a mini vacation for you. Come for the weekend, or stay longer! Sedona has so much to offer, and we’d love for you to make the most of it while you’re here. Getting Around SedonaGetting Around Sedona

Please note, Sedona is a destination town. Ubers, taxis, rideshare services, are all extremely limited. Renting a car with a group is the easiest way to get around and the most accessible. If you are planning on having adult beverages at our events and do not have a reliable DD, please consider booking your stay within walking distance. Also to note, please be cognizant of where you are booking your stay. As mentioned, Sedona is a destination town, traffic volumes can be high and it really is straight out of the Cars movie, only having single lane roads surrounded by red rock. Every option listed below are comfortable distances to all wedding events to hopefully make the planning process less stressful and more like a vacation for you.

Flight

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) 2 hours south of Sedona 4.5 hours of flying time from Philadelphia. Typically, round trip is $400-$450 per person for direct flights from PHL INT. Flights with stops typically range from $200-$300 from PHL INT to PHX INT. Leaving from EWR you can find direct flights to PHX INT for as low as $200 per person.

Renting a car is the easiest and most flexible way to explore Sedona and its surroundings. All major rental agencies are available at PHX airport, including: • Enterprise • Hertz • Budget • Alamo • National • Avis ***Turo is a rental car service that is very competitive & affordable for options → PHX Rental Car Center is a short shuttle ride from the terminals (free airport shuttle available 24/7) Having a car will make it easier to visit nearby hiking spots, shops, and restaurants in Sedona. Please be of note, Sedona is a travel destination so Ubers will be limited.

All of the options are close to our wedding venue, filled with stunning red rock views, and has plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. If you’re traveling with friends or family, consider booking a larger Airbnb together, many beautiful homes in the area offer multiple bedrooms, and rates can be extremely affordable when split with a group.
