The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM on April 11th, 2027, followed by the reception at the same location. We advise guest to arrive at least 15 minutes early to be seated.
Flights should be planned 2-8 months prior to wedding. Sometimes, a month prior they really drop in prices, but it’s a gamble. Accommodation in West Sedona: Because our wedding is in spring, and we may have a good number of guests looking for places together, we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible. Weather note for Sedona: On April 11, you can expect perfect spring weather, average highs around ~70°F and lows around ~50°F in the evenings.

The event ceremony will take place on an outdoor terrace at golden hour, followed by cocktail hour on a covered patio terrace, lastly, the reception will occur indoors.
Garden formal. For women, that means floor length or midi-length dresses. For men, a suit, with option of tie. Our wedding will take place both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Sedona spring weather, so please plan accordingly. We love the look of spring tones, light fabrics, and timeless style that complement the red rock backdrop. Please reserve wearing white for the bride only.
The bride and groom are working on a hotel block in the closest proximity to the venue (walking distance) at Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Please stay tuned for further details of block information, we are lookin at $439 per night (double room/king).
We’d love to celebrate with all of our favorite people! If your invitation includes a guest, then yes, please bring them along. If not, we kindly ask that you join us solo this time.

Absolutely! Guests can enjoy the full open bar throughout the evening. Non-alcoholic options will also be available for guests to enjoy.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
Plenty of parking is available on-site. Valet is optional, or street parking nearby if you want to stretch your legs before the party.
