Surf House

The Surf House is the newest and most luxurious riverfront property featuring handcrafted furnishings and stylish gathering spaces. There are a total of 10 upscale king guestrooms spanning three stories, which can be rented independently or combined into apartment-style suites. Each room includes an ensuite bathroom and an outdoor patio or balcony. All 10 Surf House rooms are reserved as part of our discounted room block Friday - Sunday (8/28/2026 - 8/30/2026). Specific friends/family will be staying in the Surf House as the after party will be held here.

South Main Residences by Surf Hotel

Guests can also book a stay at several apartments and homes within the South Main neighborhood (where the Surf Hotel is located) that are managed by the Surf Hotel Team and are within walking distance of the Hotel. They vary in size and architectural style and decor. All of these residences feature Surf amenities and 24/7 service. A couple of residences have been added to our room block, but do not include a discount.

Additional Accomodations

There are also a handful of AirBnBs and other hotels to stay in and around Buena Vista as additional accommodations. If this is something of interest, we recommend booking these sooner rather than later as Buena Vista is a small town and may book up during peak season. Here are some names of other lodging accommodations in town: 1. Shorehouse Hotel (downtown, ~15 minute walking distance) 2. The Inn (downtown, ~15 minute walking distance) 3. Super 8 by Wyndham Buena Vista (5 min drive) 4. Best Western Vista Inn (5 min drive)

Flight

Denver International Airport (DIA)

If landing at DIA, you must rent a car or take a shuttle (see options below) to Buena Vista, which is about ~2 to 2.5 hours away. We encourage friends and family to try and carpool. There is parking on site and street parking in the neighborhoods surrounding the hotel.

If landing at EGE, you must rent a car or take a shuttle to Buena Vista, which is about ~2 hours away. We encourage friends and family to try and carpool.

CDOT Bustang Outrider Bus

If you're looking for an alternative option to renting a car, the CDOT Bustang Outrider bus runs from Union Station (downtown Denver) to Buena Vista and costs ~ $24. There are two departure times, 6:30 AM and 1:45PM.You can take the light rail directly from DIA to Union Station to catch the bus. Shuttle

Epic Mountain Express

It is also possible to hire a private shuttle with Epic Mountain Express that will bring you from DIA to Buena Vista. It can hold up to 12 passengers and would be $798 per direction of travel. If there is a group of you traveling together and are interested in this, please reach out and let An or Keaton know. We could also lump multiple groups together if timing works out.
