Where to park?

Answer

There is street parking on Mellwood Ave, Excel Shop Furniture Restoration next to Mint, and Armstrong Laboratory, Inc across the street (both of these are businesses that are closed on Saturdays, kind enough to allow extra parking. They are not liable for any personal belongs, etc.) If you’re staying downtown and don’t want to worry about parking or driving, it’s about an 8-minute Uber/Lyft.

But what do I WEAR!?

Answer

Wear what YOU feel comfortable in! You can wear what you’d normally wear to a non-black-tie wedding reception. If you want an opportunity to dress up, feel free! It is the end of October, and here in Louisville it’s been in the 50s/60s.

What the heck is a cocktail reception?

Answer

No “sit down” dinner, but there will be plenty of food available at your convenience throughout the night. We suggest you bring minimal personal items, as there won’t be assigned seating.
