Hi, all! We are so excited to celebrate this next adventure in our lives with you on the 27th! We want to touch base about a few details. Venue: Mint on Mellwood 1631 Mellwood Ave, Louisville, KY 40206 Time: 5:00pm Parking: There is street parking on Mellwood Ave, Excel Shop Furniture Restoration next to Mint, and Armstrong Laboratory, Inc across the street (both of these are businesses that are closed on Saturdays, kind enough to allow extra parking. They are not liable for any personal belongs, etc.) If you’re staying downtown and don’t want to worry about parking or driving, it’s about an 8-minute Uber/Lyft. Attire: Wear what YOU feel comfortable in. You can wear what you’d normally wear to a non-black-tie wedding reception. If you want an opportunity to dress up, feel free! It is the end of October, and here in Louisville it’s been in the 50s/60s. Seating/Food: The celebration will be cocktail style. No “sit down” dinner, but there will be plenty of food available at your convenience throughout the night. We suggest you bring minimal personal items, as there won’t be assigned seating. For those planning on attending the after party (those who will not be attending can skip this part): PLAY Louisville 1101 E Washington St, Louisville, KY 40206 Cover charge: $10 for 21+ , $15 for 18-20. Show times: 10pm, 12am, 2am. PLAY is a drag bar and dance club. If you have ANY questions please just ask! It is Halloween weekend, so shows might Halloween themed. There may be flashing lights, especially on the dance floor. We are so pumped to continue the celebration at one of our favorite places!
