Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We are working on getting a shuttle or bus to transport guests from the hotel to the venue.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking lot is in the back straight ahead after one pulls into the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive around 4 pm to give themselves time to get seated for the ceremony which starts at 4:30 pm.

What time does the wedding reception start and end?

Answer

The reception starts at 5 pm with the cocktail hour and is followed by a seated dinner/reception which goes from 6 pm to 10 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. Think polished and dressy. Please be aware that the venue has lots of different types of terrain ranging from grass, gravel, sand, and more. High heels may be an issue. The bride is wearing flats, that should tell you something. For Amy and Justin's soccer friends: scarves are encouraged!
