Question

When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Sunday, August 10th, 2025 at Lakeshore Vineyard, located at 9570 East Lake Rd, Ripley, NY 14775. The ceremony will be held outdoors in the rear of the vineyard and begins at 2PM, with the reception to follow in the barn.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal to cocktail. Please dress comfortably for the weather, as the ceremony will be held outdoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Little ones are welcome! We have such fond memories as children attending weddings for those we loved, so we want to share this day with the kids in our lives as well!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available onsite. There will be a golf cart available for shuttling guests from the parking lot to the rear of the vineyard where the ceremony will take place.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at the edge of the vineyard with a view of Lake Erie, followed by an indoor reception in the barn.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 1:30pm and 1:45pm to allow time to park, shuttle or walk through the vineyard, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Please RSVP by June 10th, 2025 via the “RSVP” tab on this site.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Our caterers will provide separate plates for anyone who is vegetarian, gluten-free, has an allergy, etc.

Are there recommended hotels for lodging?

Answer

There are 3 hotels listed on the “Travel” tab of this website. 1. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Northeast (closest to the venue) 2. Wingate by Wyndham Erie (in Erie close to the highway you will take to the vineyard) 3. Hampton Inn & Suites Erie Bayfront (close to the bayfront in Erie with a spectacular view) You may also find success looking for AirBnb, VRBO, etc by setting your search to “Erie, PA”, “Northeast, PA” or “Ripley, NY.” A quick search on your Maps app will show you how far your drive will be from the venue in Ripley. Unfortunately, these hotels do not offer “blocks” of rooms or discounts.

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

We’ll have a buffet-style dinner prepared and served by Sabella’s catering as well as a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, and of course, an open bar!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony—we’d love for you to be present in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything!
