Things To Do

Looking for things to do in the Lou? We got you! These are great ideas to check out between our ceremony and reception, or places to visit while you’re in town for our wedding. If you want more tailored suggestions, please reach out to us!

Anheuser- Busch Brewery

1200 Lynch Street, St. Louis, MO 63118

Across the street from our wedding venue is the famous Annheiser-Busch brewery. This makes it the perfect destination to grab a drink between our ceremony and reception. Or, take a tour at the brewery to learn about the history of breweries in our area!

Missouri Botanical Garden

4344 Shaw Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63110

The Missouri Botanical Gardens are connected to the Tower Grove park, where our wedding ceremony will take place. This is a great option if you’d like to stay in the area between the ceremony and reception and offers beautiful flora and fauna. The Climatron and Arid House are our favorites!

Damn Fine Hand Pies

4000 Shaw Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63110

This is a favorite of ours! Stop by Saturday morning for a quick bite to eat ahead of our ceremony or take some treats to go. You can’t go wrong with any of their homemade goods but the Boston cream pie donut and chorizo breakfast sandwich are some of our favs!

Puttshack - St. Louis

3730 Foundry Way, St. Louis, MO 63110

If you’re looking for some fun with friends while in town, Puttshack at the Foundry is one of the best! We played mini golf here on our second date (where Maddi won!) and love to go back and play the various courses. They have a great bar but the Foundry has a lot of meal and activity options as well - there really is something for everyone!

Saint Louis Zoo

1 Government Drive, St. Louis, MO 63110

The St Louis zoo is home to lions, tigers, and bears - oh my! Stop by to see some of our favorites, the sting rays and penguins. Our zoo is free and has recently opened the safari exhibit!

Zia's on The Hill

5256 Wilson Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110

Maddi & Joe’s favorite restaurant on the famous St Louis hill! The hill is home to Italian descendants and, allegedly, the mob. We recommend the baked mos with meatballs and the ziti al forno.
